> Extended ELRD
The third IMOLA III training seminar took place online, the 4th of November of 2020.
This seminar brought together many national authorities designed as Contact Points (CPs) of the European Land Registry Network (ELRN) and academics from EU Universities specialized in semantics and new technologies.
The target of this seminar was to copy with new findings related to an extended ELRD (Semantic Corpus). The objectives were the following:
- National DB consolidation
- New ELRD pivots terms: a first approach
- New judicial restrictions fact sheet: a practical overview – Review of break-out results
After welcoming the participants, the Project Manager, Jesus Camy, presented the state of play of IMOLA III, highlighting national DB as a crucial issue.
In this occasion, Jorge López (WP1 Coordinator) followed by presenting the factsheet “Judicial Restrictions” as well as an extension of the ELRD reference information factsheet, including new pivot terms, objectives, and methodology.
Jesús Camy then went through the “environmental package set of data” regarding the Green Deal.
Gabriel Alonso defined the patterns of the Land Registry harmonized information, as an effective tool for preventing anti money laundering and terrorism financing in the real estate market.
Finally, Professor Anabel Fraga, went through the new technical developments on KM web platform and a practical overview to consolidate national databases.She highlighted the break-out results and the importance of chats and microtasks.
To finish this 3rd Training Session, the pending tasks and schedule calendar were presented to the CPs.
