Insolvency
Regulation (UE) 2015/848 envisages the registration of opening insolvency proceedings in land registers of another EU Member State, provided that the law of the Member State where the register is kept allows such registration (Article 29).
For this Regulation, ‘judgment opening insolvency proceedings’ includes the decision of any court to open insolvency proceedings and the decision of a court to appoint an insolvency practitioner (Article 2.7)
