This is a proposal or guidance for describing the main features of condominium on apartments of a building and how they are registered.

The Condominium fact sheet is about the legal arrangements that apply to a building which contains a number of flats or apartments each of which has a different owner.  In such cases, there will be arrangements for maintaining the building as a whole, for the ownership of parts used by the different owners jointly, and for relations between the different owners.
