The competent court shall issue a resolution prohibiting the owner from disposing of the property. The document is registered in the real estate cadastre office on the day of delivery, no later than the following working day. The owner of the real estate is limited to disposing of the real estate and everyone has the opportunity to get acquainted with the above in the cadastral register. The owner may re-dispose of the property when the legal proceedings are lawfully terminated. If there is a procedure for a deposit application in the cadastre and a ban on disposing of real estate is delivered, this is a reason to stop this procedure.
