When is it possible to open a new land registry file?
In case that land registry file is equivalent to land book, a new land book is opened when following situation occurs:
- The immovable has never registered before in a land book
- A previously immovable is divided (a new land book will opened for each division –immovable)
- Two or more immovable are joined
National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration
When is it possible to open a new land registry file?
Only when registering ownership.
