Usually the type of information requested is the information about the status of the property as for ownership and encumbrances.

3. Who usually (or legally) deals with requesting this LR information? Public notaries? Solicitors? Interested parties themselves? Banks?

Usually with requesting the Land Registry information deals the interested parties themselves at first. After that, of course, the information is also requested by bank (in case of mortgage), public notaries and other involved parties.
