Registration has to be renewed within 20 years, not to lose its effectiveness

This registration has always the nature of a notice (ANNOTAZIONE). (1) It warns 3rd parties that the right is contentious.
The notification date is essential: if the title is not notified, the dispute is not pending (and this restriction can’t be registered) (2)
The object of the dispute shall be included in those listed in articles 2646, 2652 and 2653 of the Italian civil code.(3)
