Opening a new registry file
When is it possible to open a new land registry file?
In a deed system, as the Italian L.R.system, a new file can be opened when a deed or any other act (Judicial, administrative) transferring, constituting, modifying or extinguishing a real right on immovable property is presented to the competent L.R. in order to obtain the “transcription” of it. Furthermore claims, charges, encumbrances are to be registered as well.
