In this system the duration of the registration of this restriction will be indefinite (until removed or deleted).

- Article 145 part 1 paragraph 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania: court can impose such restriction.
- Article 12 part 1 paragraph 1 of the Law on the Real Property Register of the Republic of Lithuania: such restriction shall be recorded in the Real Property Register.
