a) Which are the main duties of the sole organization?

Land registry & cadastre. Dutch kadaster maintains both the public registers on (rights referring to) land, updating the registration after recording the legal deeds and instruments and measuring the cadastral boundaries and updating the cadastral map.

b) Which Ministry’s competence does it fall under?

We moved from the ministry of infrastructure & environment to the ministry of internal affairs in 2017. So now it is the ministry of internal affairs.

c) Is land registration and mapping organized as separate departments within the organization?

No.
