There are specific rules regarding registration in secondary legislation.

3. How often do changes arise in property/conveyancing legislation and registration legislation respectively?

Big changes in property/conveyancing legislation are scarcely made. Let’s say once in every 5 years.
Little changes occur more often, let’s say two times a year.
