Legislation

Primary legislation, in the Federation BiH consist of the following: the Law on Land Registry of the Federation BiH with its amendments,  the Law on Property Relations of the Federation BiH, Rules of Procedure in land registry matters, Rules on handling electronic land registration records.

Amendments to property laws and registration regulations were not frequent although lately intensive efforts are being invested in adoption and harmonization of new laws and rules.
