Are Land Registry and Cadastre different institutions?

The Land Registry and the Cadastre are two of the four pillars of Patrimonial Documentation: independently together.

Grosso modo, the Land Registry uses the cadastral identification number to identify the plot of land on which rest the property rights.

The other questions in this section are of no direct concern to the Land Registrar.
