Ownership right (co-ownership, condominium, joint ownership), personal easement.

2. What would the role of your Land Register or registrars be in order to put in practice the principle of adaptation? What contributions could the Land Register make?

Current legislation does not make it possible for a certificate of inheritance of property located in Croatia issued by a foreign court or a foreign public notary to be implemented in the land register. This question therefore cannot be answered for the time being.
